- 2014: Al-Inaya established a scientific office and started promotional activities for certain suppliers.
- 2016: Al-Inaya obtained the ISO 9001 certification and GSP&GDP standards.
- 2019: Between 2007 and 2019, Al-Inaya obtained the representation of 8 major pharmaceutical companies.
